Exiqon Platform
The Exiqon miRNA arrays are used for miRNA profiling for human, mouse, or rat samples. The arrays are fabricated using Exiqon’s proprietary Tm-normalized LNATM-based capture probes. The arrays have 1891 probes, covering all human, mouse, and rat microRNAs. For the labeling process total RNA is used. Small RNA enrichment is not necessary. The arrays can be run as one-color or two-color.

Please contact the MC core for instructions on sample submission and scheduling. Users can submit total RNA or already labeled samples. To do this, you will need to submit labeling kits and microarrays.
