• Hamilton Star liquid handler with 8-channel and 96-channel heads, grippers for moving labware, heated, cooled, shaking and vacuum positions.
• BioTek Synergy H4 Multi-mode Microplate Reader with absorbance, fluorescence intensity, luminescence and two reagent dispensers.
• BioTek ELX405 Microplate Washer for 96 and 384-well plates with cell washing, ultrasonic pin cleaning, biomagnetic separation and vacuum filtration.
• Thermo Orbitor Plate Mover with random or sequential access plate storage and gripper access to the other instruments.
• Each instrument is capable of running alone or as part of an integrated system under the Thermo integration software.
• When using the integrated system any instrument (Hamilton or BioTek) not utilized in the current protocol may be concurrently run stand-alone.
