Proteomics

ISB’s state-of-the-art proteomics program houses over twenty mass spectrometers and is the largest collection of instruments in the northwest. The mission of our program is to make our cutting-edge mass spectrometry instruments, expertise, and methods for proteome analysis available to faculty and staff of ISB. We are able to assist with any experiment by offering support which accommodates most possible workflow. We understand every experiment is unique and can customize our services to fulfill most requirements. Discovery and targeted workflows are fully supported and we can collaborate as necessary to ensure that all aspects of experimental design, sample preparation, sample analysis, and data interpretation are thoughtfully planned to generate results of the highest quality. As part of ISB’s mission of systems biology and P4 medicine we are pleased to offer training in all services and hands-on access to all facility instruments to qualified individuals.

Remember to acknowledge the valuable services provided by Proteomics Program in your research papers and publications: “This research was supported by the Proteomics Program at the Institute for Systems Biology.”
